1. Acceptance

By using SwipeHire (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What SwipeHire does

SwipeHire helps you discover jobs, scores how well they match your profile, and can assist with or automate applications and inbox tracking. AI-generated matches and suggestions may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing anything submitted on your behalf.

3. Your account

You sign in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the profile and resume information you provide.

4. Automated applications

When you enable assisted or autonomous applying, you authorize the agent to submit applications using the information in your profile. You can review and revoke this at any time. We do not submit applications without the permission level you have selected.

5. Plans & billing

Free and paid plans (Plus, Pro) are described on the Pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Limits (such as daily swipes and number of matches) apply per plan.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service, scrape it, or use it to violate any third party's terms (including job boards and email providers).

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes or decisions made by employers.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
